Quote of the Moment

This is what the past is for! Every experience God gives us, every person He puts in our lives is the perfect preparation for the future that only He can see." Corrie ten Boom, The Hiding Place

And so it begins....

We have been meaning to start a blog for a while, so here it is! I will do my best to keep this updated with pictures and news. So much has happened already this year and we feel very blessed to be doing so well. To start off with, here is a small update on all of us:

David is loving his job. He is working hard and has been given some great responsibilities that are giving him great experience. He looks forward to going to work most days because of the variety of things that he gets to do. Here is a picture of one of the fun adventures he had this last week! (He got to drive the monorail!!!)

Samantha is continuing her job search. She has submitted several applications and resumes. She had one interview last week and is grateful that she didn't get that position (it was 40 minutes away and about $5 in tolls each direction, and it was about $16,000 less than what she was making before...). She has another interview this coming week that is for a better position!

Samuel is doing so well! He is now 4 months old. He is growing so quickly, but everyone agrees that you would never know that he was a preemie. He is so strong and very happy. He loves to smile and have "conversations" - one of his favorite words to hear is hello...that one always brings a huge grin to his face. He also really loves bath time, playing on his floor mat, and sitting in his swing. Here are a few of pictures for comparison.
